Is it illegal to host a site which posts links to other sites that contain possibly illegal material? - site de fotos de travesti
For example, rapidshare.de contains numerous books, most of which are illegal. Can I link to a torrent file on my site? I'm not really hosting, but I'm always doing something illegal?
