as often as the label says. You can also ask your doctor for something stronger.
ReplyDeleteTums is a temporary solution, the yields of heartburn can be worse because the Tums.
I am 30 weeks and my doctor is to change anything else, because I reached the limit of what can take several weeks Tums.
I'm with you!
You can take what he says on the bottle. It is something like 10 to 24 hours. Even my doctor told me that you can take Rolaids, Zantac and Pepcid AC. But honestly, the more Tums take less work. I have my bottle 4 of them! Now I am 32 weeks and I need to just 3.4 thin for my heartburn, and lasts 15-20 minutes. There is nothing left for me to take Zantac, because my doctor told me they were stronger. I'll ask a different solution to my next appointment, because every time I get rid of heartburn is stronger and harder ... Good luck.
